Two Sweet – Gourmet Cupcakes

I had never really traveled down Lauderdale Drive on any type of sweets-finding mission,  but I heard about Two Sweet and decided to go on over there to check it out.  It is an adorable little cupcake boutique that sells perfect (and visually pleasing) cupcakes.  They have a weekly schedule, posted on their website, so you won’t go on a day that they don’t have what you like.  If you happen to like Chocolate w/Vanilla, Key Lime, Red Velvet, or Sprinkle Explosion, you’re in luck.  They make those every day.  You’ll need to check out the website or get a handy-dandy little menu card like I have so that you can reference it and know that Wednesdays and Fridays are the days for German Chocolate, and you’ll have to wait for Fridays for Fluffemutter.

The decor is brown and red, and it reminds me a little of the way Juliet Binoche decorated her sweet shop in that movie Chocolat.  Which I believe I’ll watch right now, while wolfing down an entire tube of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, because I am too lazy to drive my car.  Quick!  Somebody drive out to Two Sweet and buy me a…never mind.  They’re not open on Mondays.  That’s OK.  You can grab me a Chocolate Chocolate tomorrow and bring it to me along with that big bag of money I’ve been asking for.
