Seven New Retailers and Restaurants at The Shops at Willow Lawn

Shoppes-at-Willow-Lawn-Richmond-VAFederal Realty Investment Trust recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation to transform The Shops at Willow Lawn into a premier open air lifestyle center with a full range of amenities including a community gathering place with a central stage and children’s play area, new retail storefronts, inviting sidewalks with improved property circulation, centralized parking and enhanced landscaping. The following businesses have agreed to open at The Shops at Willow Lawn:

American Tap Room – Spring 2013, this 6,500 SF restaurant will offer a classic grill menu featuring traditional American cuisine while redefining the idea of casual sophistication.

Ashley Stewart – Opening Fall 2012, this 4,450 SF women’s clothing store will offer a selection of fashion forward, trendy and inspirational fashions for plus-size women.

Claire’s – Opened May 2012, this 1200 SF accessories boutique is one of the world’s leading specialty retailers of fashionable accessories and jewelry at affordable prices for young women, teens, tweens and girls ages 3 to 27.

Crazy 8 – Opening Fall 2012, this 2,104 SF children’s clothing store is the latest addition to The Gymboree Corporation’s family of brands, offering fashionable outfits at a great value for girls and boys sizes 0 to 14.

Red Nail 2 – Opened June 9, 2012, this 817 SF salon provides customers with a full line of luxurious treatments including manicures and pedicures designed to pamper, rejuvenate and restore the body and mind.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe – Opening Summer 2012, this 1,579 SF smoothie café will boast a menu of bold, flavorful food and smoothies with a healthy appeal by using only real fruit and natural sugar. The toasted wraps, bistro sandwiches, grilled flatbreads, and gourmet salads are made fresh with high quality meats and cheeses.

Yapple Yogurt – Opening Summer 2012, this 1,479 SF self-serve yogurt shop will offer a selection of frozen yogurt designed to end yogurt-lessness in the most delicious way imaginable, along with a variety of specialty drinks including fresh fruit smoothies, bubble tea and imported Japanese tea.

The Shops at Willow Lawn is located in Henrico County, at the intersection of Broad Street and Staples Mill Road in Richmond, Virginia. The property has a total of 420,000 square feet of retail and office space and 2,409 parking spaces. The property features more than 60 shops and restaurants including Old Navy, Kroger, Staples, Gold’s Gym, Dollar Tree, Bath and Body Works and Panera Bread among many others.
